Vaccination clinic at Hampton Surgery on 11th January

Happy New Year to all our patients!
By the end of December 2021, we had administered covid booster vaccinations to over 62% of our eligible patients. Thank you to all in the village who supported our campaign by providing venues, volunteering and generally supporting and encouraging our staff.
However, there are still almost 300 patients who have not yet received their booster vaccinations.
We are running a small clinic from the surgery tomorrow (11th January).
Text messages have been sent to all eligible patients with a link for online booking. If you have not received a text and would like to book for your 1st 2nd or booster vaccination please call the surgery on 01675 442510 or you can walk-in between 11:30am -1pm.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer vaccinations for anyone under 16 years.
Please check information below to see if you are eligible for a vaccination.
· First vaccination - anyone over 16years
· 2nd vaccination- at least 8 weeks since first vaccination
· Booster – at least 3 months since 2nd vaccination
· Please do not attend if you currently have covid symptoms or have had covid in the last 28 days.
