Welcome to the Hampton Surgery website, where you can access the wide range of health services available at our surgery. The site provides many online facilities, including all the information you need about the surgery. It also contains a vast range of health information and resources, along with practical information on visiting the surgery.  We hope you find the website useful and informative.

The surgery has undergone a major extension and refurbishment and is now a modern purpose built practice with ramped access for disabled people.

We are a teaching practice affiliated to Warwick University Medical School and West Midlands Deanery and our aim is to offer a high quality of care together with a professional service.  We very much welcome constructive comments and feedback on our services, skills and behaviour.

Please contact our Clinical Lead & Practice Manager Mrs Kirsty Millard  who will be happy to talk over any comments you may have.

We consider that the doctor patient relationship is just about the most important single factor in promoting good General Practice medicine and we look forward to working with you in order to achieve this.
