Brain Tumour Research - National Brain Tumour Awareness Month - Wear a hat day - 25th March 2022. Posted or Updated on 9 Mar 2022

National Brain Tumour Awareness Month was launched in 2004 by a group of charities which went on to become founding members of Brain Tumour Research.
This March, we are leading the way with a programme of activities to raise awareness, demand increased national investment and fundraise to support vital research to find a cure for brain tumours.
There are lots of ways you can support us this Brain Tumour Awareness Month. Please get involved in any way that you can and help us get closer to a cure for this devastating disease
Brain tumour's are indiscriminate; they can affect anyone at any age. What’s more, they kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer... yet historically just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease.
Brain Tumour Research is determined to change this.
We are building a network of experts in sustainable research at dedicated Centres of Excellence whilst influencing the Government and larger cancer charities to invest more nationally.
